The 2025 VPS Quality Summit & User Conference will be held at Children’s Mercy Hospital, April 30 – May 2, 2025. VPS has secured a discounted room block at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center in Kansas City, MO. The hotel is only 20 minutes from the Kansas City International Airport.

Each registration includes: access to 2.5 days of conference, 30+ speakers, a welcome cocktail reception at the Sheraton, several networking activities, poster session, breakfasts, and lunches.

Registering is a two-step process:

• Registration (Now – March 8th) $610 Physicians, $560 Non-Physicians, $510 Fellows & Residents
• Late Registration (March 9th – April 15th) $630 Physicians, $580 Non-Physicians, $525 Fellows & Residents
• Non VPS Member  (Now – April 15th) $670

Step Two: Secure your hotel room.  VPS has secured special discounted hotel pricing. Please note the hotel will sell out, and it is advisable to book your hotel room as soon as possible.  Room rates go up April 6th (or when the room block is full).
